Matt Hamill, the deaf mixed martial artist who currently fights for the UFC is currently the focus of a new film about his life.  Titled ‘Hamill,’ the movie will tell the story of how he made his way from being a three-time NCAA Division III wrestling champion, to being a contender on ‘The Ultimate fighter’ reality show, and finally becoming an established name in the UFC, with a current record of 6-2.

In this local news report about the film we get to see footage of the film, which includes a brief cameo by another UFC star, Rich Franklin as Hamill’s wrestling coach.
