In the lead up to his middleweight title bout with Jake Shields later this evening, Jason Mayhem Miller has recorded a two part video journal that gives you an insight into what goes on behind the scenes as he prepares for a fight.

The first part covers his hectic press schedule and as you would expect from such a colorful character, ‘Mayhem’ is in his element here as he wisecracks his way through a series of interviews.

The second part is more insightful as it gives you an insight into the grueling weight cutting process that fighters go through before a fight. It also gives you a rare glimpse of Miller in a less effervescent mood than usual!
