The disclosed salaries for Strikeforce: Miami are now in, and show that both Nick Diaz and Robbie Lawler were handsomely rewarded for their first round victories at the event.
Both Diaz and Lawler banked $100,000 for their victories. Herschel Walker was also confirmed by Scott Coker as having received a “six figure sum” which will be donated to charity, though only $600 is noted as his disclosed salary.
Jay Heiron took home $65,000 for his victory over Joe Riggs, while Bobby Lashley pocketed $50,000 for his easy win over Wes Sims, who received $25,000 for stepping in as a late replacement.
Hopefully Marloes Coenen earned more than the disclosed $2,000 for her defeat at the hands of Cris Cyborg who had her bank balance boosted by $35,000 after her successful title defense.
