After having been something of a focal point for the UFC’s recent injury troubles, the card for UFC 108 has finally been confirmed.

Recent changes have included Dustin Hazelett replacing Carlos Condit against Paul Daley, Duane ‘Bang’ Ludwig returning to the UFC to fight Jim Miller after Sean Sherk pulled out injured, and Gilbert Yvel being brought in for his UFC debut against Junior Dos Santos after Gabriel Gonzaga also succumbed to recent injury jinx a few weeks ago.

The January 2nd event is headlined by a light heavyweight bout between Rashad Evans and Thiago Silva.  A win for Evans would see him line up a much anticipated fight with Quinton Rampage Jackson who recently announced that he would be returning to the UFC to finish off his contract.
